Description
Cold roll formed machine can be applied in many different fields such as steel construction field, automobile manufacturing field, storage equipment manufacturing field, etc. People gain awareness of the advantages of metal rollforming machines for its high automation, easy operation, high production efficiency and low labor cost.
This machine is designed and manufactured for producing steel/metal vineyard posts, an alternative of traditional wooden or concrete/cement vineyard post or trellis. Main material can be roll formed by this machine are galvanized steel coils and hot rolled steel coils with 2.0mm to 2.5mm thickness.

The vineyard post product line consists of a decoiler, coil straightener, punching unit, feed-in unit, roll-former, hydraulic cutting device and run-out reception table.
