Automatic Size Adjustment Hat Shape Solar Section Roll Forming Machine
BELIEVE INDUSTRY COMPANY has various roll forming machine solutions for producing steel solar strut sections. This solar channel machine is fully automatic which can produce top hat shape solar sections. With improved design, various sizes can be made in one machine by one group of rollers. And it is easy to set the required size through the touch screen, then the machine will automatically adjust for producing each solar section size.
Work Flow Chart and Main Components of Solar Section Roll Forming Line
1. Work flow: decoiling - levelling - servo feeding & punching - roll forming - straightening - cutting - collecting
2. Whole production line mainly consists of 3Ton decoiler & leveller, hydraulic punching unit & servo feeder, roll forming machine, straightener, servo tracking cutoff, runout table, electric control system, gear box transmission system and hydraulic system, etc.
