Features:
 
1. Oil port automatic welding machine is suitable for switch pedestal and ball cylinder welding of the ball valve. The machine is driven by motors, controlled by the PLC, assisted controlled by electrical relay, so it can be realize automatic welding. Welding current and welding can be set on the operation panel. It has high automation level. The machine is composed of welding torch driving part, pneumatic system, electric control system and gas shield welding power source.
 
2. The machine is vertical type, it is consisted of workpiece holding part, torch mechnical control part. Machine frame, MIG welding power source, wire feeder, Shape copying structure.
 
3. Welding torch automatic control part
-Welding torch lifting part: it consisted of pedestal, rail and torch lifting pneumatic cylinder. It is used for the torch up and down, which the speed can be set by the adjustment valve. The time of torch up and down can be set by the PLC.
-Welding torch round moving part: it consisted of torch round moving axis and gear.
-This machine adopt: the workpiece fixed on the table, the torch moving around the workpiece. For convenient, the welding speed can be set on the PLC.
-Torch up and down minute adjustment part: it consisted of spring.roller.
-Pneumatic part: It has a pneumatic cylinder.
 
4. Electric control system
Voltage standard:380V-50Hz-3ph. It consisted of PLC, driving part and related cables for connection. So, it can realize automatic welding of the equipment.

Equipment overview:
The equipment is mainly suitable for welding the oil cylinder and the round oil port. The equipment is driven by the motor. The control system is controlled by a programmable controller (PLC), supplemented by relay control, thus arranging the automatic control of the welding steadily. The welding current voltage can be set directly on the operation panel. The quality of the whole machine is reliable, the appearance is beautiful, and the degree of automation is high.
The base of the device adopts V-shaped iron as an auxiliary bracket, which is suitable for various types of oil cylinders. The machine is mainly composed of a welding torch driving mechanism, a pneumatic system, an electric control system and an electric welding machine.
 

 
Automatic welding operation program:
The specific process is as follows: set the magnitude of the current and voltage according to the requirements of the production → adjust the angle of the welding torch → gas detection → the cylinder of the torch lower is extended → the cylinder of the torch lower is extended into position → manual switching to automatic → start → arc start → welding torch rotation completed → Arcing → Continue idling setting angle (after welding, the idling angle is not zero) →The torch is reversed to the origin → One working cycle is completed.
During the rotation of the welding torch, the upper and lower fine adjustment mechanisms also drive the welding torch up and down to complete the requirements of the intersecting line trajectory.
