-- Installation points

    After the system is set up, you can work. When you work manually, select the switch to select the manual position and press the manual button step by step. When working automatically, select the switch to select the automatic position, press the start button or step on the toe switch, and immediately release it.
    The automatic operation starts. If you press the start button again or step on the foot switch, the work is suspended. After you press the stop work button, the manual work and automatic work are all stopped.

    1. Bending die installation

    Plunge the elbow in a clockwise direction and cap it. Replace the required elbow wheel die and tighten the cap.

    2. Clamp mold installation

    Insert the clamping die with adjusting bolts, adjusting plates and cover plates into the clamping die holder and connect the adjusting bolts. The clamping die of the adjusting plate, cover plate, etc. is inserted into the clamping die holder and the adjusting plate is inserted. Fix on the clamp mold base and rotate the adjusting bolt so that the center of the clamp mold and the center of the bend tube mold are on the same plane.

    The wrinkle-resistance mold is mounted on the wrinkle-proof plate seat, and it can be properly adjusted as shown in the figure by 1° to 2°.

    6. Bending angle adjustment

    The bend angle control is controlled by a proximity switch, a scale display is shown at the adjustment position of the proximity switch, and the proximity switch adjustment block is adjusted to a desired angle. Above is the first angle, below is the second angle, corresponding to the angle/double angle selection on the operation panel, after the trial bend and then trim the angle. Because the material of the pipe is different, the rebound amount is also different. After the adjustment is completed, the locking screw lock nut on the nut will be adjusted.

    7. Overflow valve pressure adjustment

    Press any of the manual buttons of pinch tube, back clamp, core, and back core to release the pressure displayed on the pressure gauge. At this time, rotate the pressure relief handle of the overflow valve to adjust the pressure to the desired pressure of 10 MPA. The bending resistance should not be too high, so as not to increase the oil temperature and to accelerate the wear of hydraulic components.
