Pipe rounding machine with manual operation applying to big radius pipe roll bending
-- Brief introduction
The machine is mainly suitable for curving, large-radius bending, rolling and other modeling of various pipe fittings, and can machine different pipe fittings by changing mold specifications and shapes, roll different curvatures and radiuses by adjusting mold dimensions and the centre distance of rollers, and continuously roll many circles according to the length of pipe fittings.

2. Tricycle drive, anti-skid, the thin material is also easy to bend.
3. The two side wheels are asymmetric which reduce the straight line section.
4. Side rounds of both sides can be stocked and given working.
5. Bending speed can be adjusted freely from 1.5 seconds every 300mm to 5 seconds every 300mm.
6. Roundness tolerance is ±1.0mm between the first circle and the last circle of finished products.
7. Flatness tolerance is ±1.0mm.
