-- Brief introduction
The pipe rounding machine is a widely used cold forming machine. According to the principle of three-point circle, the relative position change and rotary motion of the workpiece are used to make the workpiece undergo continuous plastic deformation to obtain a predetermined shape of the workpiece.
It is in suit to others. It produces in enormous quantities, fast and high benefit. Bending speed can be adjusted freely from 1.5 seconds every 300mm to 5 seconds every 300mm. Roundness tolerance is ±1.0mm between the first circle and the last circle of finished products. The flatness tolerance is ±1.0mm. And the machine is equipped with a micro-adjustment device for adjusting the diameter. The machine is suitable for various metal pipes with different material and shapes.

1. The machine rolls different curvatures and radiuses by adjusting mold dimensions and the central distance of rollers, and continuously roll many circles according to the length of pipe fittings.
2. It avoids the shortcomings of making super large tube bending mold while bending the large-radius shaped material, which is a necessary complementarity that series single-head, double-head tube benders can not reach.
3. This machine drives stably with high speed and high benefit, this machine is adapted for middle or large batches production.
4. The machine is mainly suitable for curving, large-radius bending, rolling and other modeling of various pipe fittings, and can machine different shapes of pipe fittings like angle iron, flat steel, round steel or other special shaped materials by changing mold specifications and shapes.
