-- Brief introduction
The machine is controlled by the computer, hydraulic drive, English screen display, man and machine dialogue operation, can choose manual, semi-automatic, operation mode, movable pedal switch have start and emergency stop function.
The tube end forming machine is a hydraulic automatic pipe end processing machine that controls the end face of the pipe under the normal condition by expanding and shrinking the pipe, and is controlled by an integrated touch display screen.
The pipe can be expanded, contracted, bulged, and replaced by the replacement of the die. Ribs and other pipe end processing molding, according to the needs of users can freely determine the use of manual, jog or automatic machining machine tools from the tank, bed, slider, the main fuel tank, mold core rod (optional), limit cylinder, compression cylinder , clamping mold and axial positioning cylinder, axial positioning angle iron and other major components.

Equipped with emergency stop device. Both manual and automatic operations are available. Shrinking stroke 150mm. The length of working piece is 4500mm Max. (but no limit on the minimum length). An additional feeding system can be added to the machine. The operating security is greatly increased because the operators just do the unloading and collecting job of finished pipes. Forming shapes can be convex. Concave, sectional, long and flat, square, V-shape, open elbow, flat elbow…etc. The design of the tooling varies with work-piece and customers’ requirements.
