-- Brief introduction
Our single-head bending machines of NCBA series are made by the advanced Italian techniques and are automatic stereo pipe benders with the collecting machine, liquid and electricity to integrate. This machine adopts the advanced imported touch screen operation and it can input, store a variety of elbow data and instruction. It has three-dimensional continuous indexing in automatic multi angle and the manual feeding is to the need for complex work piece machining accuracy. It is a European style bending equipment which is professional, high-speed and economical.

1. Various angles can be set.
2. You can bend one pipe with several bending on one machine only to save the time of pipe re-loading and unloading among.
3. The control panel has clear description for every button or gauge, so non-technician can operate our machine correctly.
4. The NC model machine provides a memory of 200 programs, each program with 20 bends or angles.
5. Three-step circuit is with the functions of cooling and sedimentation to keep hydraulic oil from deterioration.
6. Main shafts are heat-treated specially and the bending arm is made of special forged steel.
7. All the parts are made under very strict quality control so that the quality of machine is good and specification is standardized.
