Our single-head bending machines of NCBA series are made by the advanced Italian techniques and are automatic stereo pipe benders with the collecting machine, liquid and electricity to integrate. This machine adopts the advanced imported touch screen operation and it can input, store a variety of elbow data and instruction. It has three-dimensional continuous indexing in automatic multi angle and the manual feeding is to the need for complex work piece machining accuracy. It is a European style bending equipment which is professional, high-speed and economical.

The designing of the machine head and pipe bending precision is high and the bending space is large. High performance middle size pipe bending machine, with NC control, multi-groups program and multi angles setting, it makes your operation and setting convenient. Widely used in mass production and standard products, such as blast pipe, seat, fender guard and all the steel furniture.
The machine has stable function, high efficiency and high safety factor, is the ideal choice for the pipe processing. Adopting solenoid valve and integrated circuit to control each motion separately, which will extend the life of the parts of hydraulic system. Three-step circuit is with the functions of cooling and sedimentation to keep hydraulic oil from deterioration. Main shafts are heat-treated specially and the bending arm is made of special forged steel.
