How to turning aluminum parts finish good?

1, improve the cutting speed, reduce the fine turning tolerance, or choose PCD/MCD blade;

2, the finish of aluminum alloy is mainly affected by the processing tolerance, cutting speed, and the state of the tool, the smaller the fine cnc turning tolerance (not the lower limit recommended by the tool), the better the finish; The faster the cutting speed, the better the finish (can not exceed the upper limit of the tool), the faster the cutting speed, if not change the feed, the longer the friction time of the tool on the surface of the workpiece, which is equivalent to the knife has polishing effect; The cutting edge state and surface roughness of the tool will also affect the finish, the cutting edge is sharp without notch, the surface polishing can improve the finish after processing, in addition, the use of a suitable Angle and width of the rear blade is also conducive to the formation of a high gloss surface. The choice of PCD (polycrystalline diamond) or MCD(single crystal diamond) is to improve the quality of the cutting edge, high surface roughness and improve the cutting speed that the tool can bear.

3, MCD tool edge state is optimal, IPHONE has high light chamfering edge is the use of MCD tool fine cut, if consider the cost factor can use PCD tool, if you feel that PCD tool is not cost-effective, finally can use surface polishing and polishing edge carbide tool.
