The performance indicators of diamond grinding wheel include abrasive particle size, bond type, grinding wheel hardness, grinding wheel organization, grinding wheel shape, grinding wheel size, diamond concentration, diamond material layer thickness and material layer width.
2,Because of the high hardness of cemented carbide, grinding requires a large grinding pressure, and because of its small thermal conductivity, does not allow excessive heat, so the grinding should have good cooling conditions, usually need to use coolant to reduce the generation of grinding cracks.
3,When using diamond grinding wheel to grind carbide serration, the total grinding amount should be controlled below 0.1mm, and the diamond consumption of the grinding wheel is too large and the cost is too high. Grinding YG6, YG8 carbide teeth, coolant supply in the range of 3 ~ 4L/min can use bronze binder, particle size 100 ~ 120#, 100% concentration of grinding wheels.
