MODEL FEATURES

1. Gantry structure is applied. One-piece casting is adopted on machine body and beam to ensure high rigidity, stability and antiknock characteristic of the equipment.

The reducer and gear rack originally imported from Germany and precise linear guide-way imported from Taiwan are used for transmission which are characterized of high precision and rapid speed with a maximum operating speed of 120 m/min, a positional accuracy of 0.05 mm/m and a repeated positioning accuracy of 0.03 mm.
3. Servo motor originally imported from Japan is used for driving which is characterized of rapid response, high precision and stable performance.
4. The control system, integrated with the functions of control, graphics, layout and drawing, is intuitive and easy to learn.
5. The machine is equipped with upper and lower exchanging workbench. It is not required to do upper and lower movement at workbench exchanging. The mechanical design is simplified which has significantly reduced the failure rate.
