Industrial 7000KW Chain Grate Wood Chip Wood Biomass Fired Hot Oil Boiler
Hot oil boiler also called thermal oil heater, thermal fluid heater, thermal oil boiler, heat transfer oil boiler, is a new type of special boiler with low pressure and high temperature working characteristics. YLW sereise hot oil boiler adopt travelling chain grate, automatic feeding, can applicable to various biomass fules like woodchip, biomass pellet, sawdust, rice husk, palm kernel shell etc.
Work Flow:
Thermal oil boiler uses hot oil as heat transfer medium, hot oil circulation pump to make the medium has a forced circulation, then deliver the heat to heating need equipment and then go back to the heating furnace.
Structure:
Use coal or biomass as fuel, it adopts horizontal type square coil structure with chain grate stoker..
Application:
Thermal oil boiler can be used for heating in various production process where the heating temperature requirements is between 150℃ and 350℃.Widely used for plywood processing factory, oil production factory, food processing factory, oil refinery, road construction asphalt plant, plastic and rubber industry etc.
