SZL series boiler is water tube chain grate double drum coal biomass boiler. The boiler is mainly composed of upper and lower drums, convection tubes, water-cooling wall tubes, down pipes and steam headers. 1-8tph boiler is package boiler and 8-35 tph is shop-assembled structure, which is composed of 2 parts, upper part is heat surface and lower part is combustion equipment. It has big furnace which has great apply for various type biomass fuel, like wood pellet, rice husk, bagasse, palm kernel shell, etc. The unique design of cyclone burn-out chamber makes the boiler with advantages of energy saving and environmental protection.c.

SZL biomass steam boiler design features:
1. Water tube with two tanks, Designed with cyclone 2nd-burning chamber inside the furnace
To make sure fuel sufficient combustion, also acheive saving energy and environmental protection.
2. Higher and bigger furnace size in "D" or “A” Type layout
Achieve higher efficiency on fuel combustion such as coal, biomass. especially for biomass fuels, like pellet, rice husk, sawdust, nutshell, wood and so on.
3. Pressure up within 3-5min
It's water tube boiler with double tanks, achieve fast pressure up and great circulating of water inside, avoid sediment inside tubes from water protect boiler longer life span.
4. 0%-110% steam load range
We design with 10% bigger size than standard to ensure steam load from different calories fuel.
5. Bigger size chain grate achieve better combustion
We use the best quality fire grate, and the grate can make the fuel firing sufficiently, greatly save fuel.
6. Water cooled furnace arch
The furnace arch is designed with a line of water tubes inside for supporting, avoid arch collapse.
