Plastic film recycling system are capable of processing a wide range of plastic materials with varying level of contamination including extremely heavy contamination such as oil based substances and agricultural waste. The output material can be applied for granulation, blow molding and blowing injection. The whole production line is easy to operate, efficient and low energy consumption.

Almost every recycling applications has its own specific requirments but they all follow the same general process as follows,

1.Pre-shredder: wet shredding for size reduction and washing;

2.Scew washer ① : washing and material transportation;

3.Pre-washer: removal of some sands and other dirt;

4.Scew washer ② : washing and material transportation;

5.Sink-float separation tank: removal of some contamination and helps washing;

6.Granulator: wet granulation for size reduction and washing;

7.Horizontal friction washer: high speed washing / scrubbing;

8.Centrifugal dryer: mechanical dewatering;

9.Thermal drying system: hot air drying

10.Automacic big-bag station: storing or packing of finished product.

Application:

This recycling system is widely used for various waste plastic film, including heavy polluted PE agricultural film, plastic bags, pallet packaging; PVA coated high barrier film, biaxially oriented polypropylene film (BOPP), low density polyethylene (LDPE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), nylon membrane (PA), cast polypropylene films (CPP).

Testing:

Prior to delivery from our factory, all equipments and machineries are set up and tested under “real world” conditions to ensure the plant capacity and quality of the finished products are guaranteed. Customers are welcomed and encouraged to attention these trials to see their plant in operation, receive training on the operation and maintenance of their system, and to see similar equipment in build
