Product Description:
As a protective colloid, CMC can enhance the stability of the emulsion-polymer system within a wide pH range. It can cause additives such as pigments and fillers to be dispersed in coatings. It can give coatings excellent adhesion effects through coloring matter. It can increase the leveling property of coatings. It can significantly raise the viscosity of emulsion coatings. It can improve the spattering resistance and hanging resistance construction properties of coatings.
When used as an adhesive for blanks, CMC can increase the plasticity of potter's clay, the flowability of the glaze slurry in the glaze of ceramics, and the smoothness on the glaze surface, thereby improving the quality of the glaze surface.

Our products are widely used in food, papermaking, tobacco, daily products, architectural materials, ceramics, mosquito coils, petroleum drilling, and other fields. High purity (99.5%), high acid sticky ratio, heat resistance, and salt resistance have become our characteristics.
LG 35 S is a purified water-soluble polymer derived from naturally occurring cellulose. It is an excellent rheology modifier for glazes and engobes and prevents sedimentation. It is widely used in the ceramic industry.
Molecular formula: [C6H7O2(OH2)OCH2COONa]n.
Specifications:
Chemical base: Carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium salt.
Purity (on dry basis), min.: 90 - 95%.
Appearance: White to off-white color.
Solubility: Soluble in water.
Moisture content (packed), max.: 10%.
Degree of substitution: 0.85 – 0.95.
Viscosity (soln.2% BF), cps: 20 - 100.
pH (soln.2 % deionized water), max.: 6.5 – 8.0.

Advantages:
• Improves the rheological property of glaze formation.

• Stabilizes the physical and chemical properties of glaze formation.
• It is a very good water retention agent.

Usage and Dosage: According to different recipes, the dosage ranges from 0.1% to 0.4 % calculated on a dry basis.

Packing and Storage: 25 kg Kraft paper bag, or other packing as per client request. Store in a cool, dry, clean, and ventilated area.
