STEP 1

The sites you will use for your skin-fold measurement depend on your gender and are illustrated on the rear of this instruction.

While standing, firmly pinch the skin fold between your left thumb and forefinger (see figures 1 and 2)Place the jaws of the Personal Body Fat Tester of the skin fold while continuing to hold the skin fold with the left hand (see figure 3).
