Product Description

Application:

This kind of digital charpy impact tester is mainly used to measure the impact toughness of rigid plastic, reinforced nylon,fiberglass, ceramics, cast stone, insulation materials and other non-metallic materials. It is the ideal testing equipment in the chemical industry, scientific research institutes, universities and quality testing departments.

Product Characteristic:
A. High-precision intelligent controller equipped with LCD display which you can read the data intuitively and accurately;
B. China's first carbon fiber lever (It has been patented); it succeeds in doing experiments without shaking involving the impact direction, improving the rigidity of materials, and concentrating impacting strength on the centroid of the pendulum, and using life increases.
C. Imported high-resolution digital encoders, higher and more stable angle measurement accuracy;
D. Aerodynamic impact hammer and imported ball bearings greatly reduce mechanical friction losses
E.Automatic calculation of the final result, 12 sets of the test data can be stored and averaged;
F. Optional interface of Chinese and English; units ( J / m, KJ / m2, kg-cm / cm, ft-ib / in )can be customized according to customers’ requirements.

1. Are you Manufacturer?Do you offer after-sales service? How can I ask for that? And how about the warranty?
Yes, we are the one of professional and biggest Manufacturer for Customized Industrial Drying Oven, Hot Air Oven, Laboratory Oven in China .Every machines purchasing from our factory has 12 months warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance. while considering of sea transportation,we can extend 2 months for our customers.

Moreover, If your machine doesn’t work, you can send us an E-mail or call us we will try our best to find the problem through our conversation or by video chat if neccesary. Once we have confirmed the problem, the solution will be offered within 24 to 48 hours.

2. What’s the delivery term?
For our standard machine which means normal machines, we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines) If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.

3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine which means we offer OEM and ODM service.

4.How can I install and use the machine?
Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send you the operation video in English version through Email.
Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.
