Class 100 Lift Door Cleanroom Pass Box For Laboratory
Accroding to the working principle,there are three pass box:
Nomal pass box :
the pass box is interlock on the both doors,and can not be opened at one time.they can prevent air pollution.
Tip:this model pass box can't completely to stop dust entrance.
Air shower pass box:
Air shower pass box is high efficiency filter and fan built-in in normal pass box.
It is suitable for cargo transfer from clean areas to unclean areas or from low clean areas to high clean areas.
Laminar flow pass box:
It is also suitable for cargo transfer from clean areas to unclean areas or from low clean areas to high clean areas.
But it is mainly applied to the Biopharmaceutical industry,and through the laminar flow filter to form the class100 clean area in laminar flow pass box,thus effectively prevent the pollution into clean room.
Main Features:
1. Electric lifting, touch control, simple operation;
2. Adopt 5MM tempered glass window, high transparency, neat and beautiful;
3. Made of high quality medical all stainless steel 304 material, thickness 1.2MM;
4. As a transfer channel for items, used to isolate different areas;
5. Power supply 220V, 0.1KW
6. Germany imported motor, long service life, silent no noise, lifting times more than 10,000 times;
Construction:
1. Robust construction qualifies the air shower pass box for the most demanding controlled environment applications. The unit is fully assembled and ready to install and operate when shipped. All components are designed for maximum chemical resistance and enhanced durability for a long service life.
2. Electrical interlock maintains cleanroom integrity by preventing both doors from being opened at the same time.
3. The air shower is constructed of SUS304 with an abrasion resistant oven-baked powder coated finish.
4. The pass box base surface is constructed of perforated stainless steel, making the work zone easy to clean.
5. Acrylic doors provide a clear view of the internal chamber.
