Cargo air showers are frequently put to use in a variety of manufacturing environments. Cargo air showers offer a convenient and automated solution to cleaning the surfaces of work in progress or finished goods, as well as provide a buffer area between two areas of different cleanliness. Modern cargo air showers can be categorized into four main types:

(1) Manual Door Cargo Air Showers- Less common; mostly used for smaller items

(2) Automatic SWING Door Cargo Air Showers - Suitable for small trailers and/or channels that are double use for cargo and personnel

(3) Automatic SLIDING Door Cargo Air Showers - Suitable for forklifts and other large vehicles, as well as channels with high amounts of traffic

(4) Assembly Line Cargo Air Showers - Suitable for cleaning products moving along an assembly line

ANLAITECH brand AS Series Personal Air Shower is available in three different materials: full Stainless Steel, Stainless Steel Interior, and Steel Plate. With patented air shower design technologies that which ensures a clean seal that prevents contaminant seepage, it can educe large amounts of dust particles brought by staff, and includes 360-degree air jet nozzles that work at more than 25 m/s. with automatic air showering type and clear working indication lights that easy operation.

All of equipment is individually factory tested for safety and performance in accordance with international Standards. Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests undertaken and the unit’s individual results for each unit.

Warranty:

Our equipment is warranty for 1 year excluding consumable parts and accessories.

All equipment is shipped with a comprehensive use’s manual complete with a report documenting all test procedures.
