Description:

Air Shower Tunnel are classifieds for human and material entries.

It is the most effective for self-controlled and clearing off dust particles from clean room  personnel to reduce the contamination of products and clean room equipments.

The air shower is mounted at entrance to clean room and other sterilized area.

It is used in effectively manner for purification by high efficiency of (HEPA) filtered air reduces the contamination.

The dirtied air is purified and re-circulates through pre-filters within the unit.

The Air shower system  is an auto controlled interlocking systems for entrance, such that the entry and exit doors are electronically interlocked and photoelectric sensor suited.

Air shower systems are made (Constructed) from SS304, GI powder coated, EPOXY painted.

The main function of the air shower is to purify the dust air, such that it used HEPA (0.3micron) and Pre filters.

Disposable / washable pre-filters with 90% arrestance of dust air to extend the life of the main HEPA filter. It is designed in such a way to ensure that the lowest noise and vibration level is < 60 db.

Air Shower Specifications

Filter: Twelve inch HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) type, PSL challenged, zero probed. Minimum efficiency of 99.99% at .3 microns.

Pre-filter: One inch bonded polyfiber media minimizes surface-loading. Low wall return to HEPA filter atop unit. Quick release grille.

Blowing type: single-side blowing, double-side blowing, three-side blowing.

Operation Instruction

1.Put air shower on the correct location, connect the power wires of air shower with the power wires,

There are FIVE lines: 3*Live line, 1*Null line and 1*Earth line. The power supply is AC380V/50HZ/3 phases.

2. In order to make sure air shower to work normally and the cleanliness of workshop, please kindly use air shower according to the following correct method.

2.1 Please check if there are any people in air shower before you enter it. When air shower is working entrance door and exit door are electronic interlocked, it is forbidden to open the door at this moment.    

2.2 Put hand toward to Open switch, the entrance sliding door will open , enter air shower, then entrance sliding door will be close automatically, photoelectric sensor is reacted by people or goods, blower fan will be

blowing automatically (The air shower time is set 15seconds at factory, it is forbidden to change the air shower time during blowing), after blowing, exit sliding door open automatically, go out air shower,

then exit sliding door will be close automatically.

Attentions:

1. The power of this equipment requires 380V/50HZ/3PH. If the airflow is very low when using the first time, the reason is fan reversal, you should exchange the phase.

This equipment is electronic interlocked, while one door in open state, or air shower time, please don’t open the other doors, or the electronic lock will be broken.

2. The terminals on the circuit board, L is the connection of Live line, N is the connection of Null line, PE is the connection of Earth Line.

3. In order to make sure the efficiency of blowing and cleanliness, in general, primary filters is changed once half year and HEPA filter a year.

All of equipment will be individually tested for safety and performance in accordance with international Standards before shipment.

Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests undertaken and the units individual results for each unit.

Warranty:

The warranty of our equipment is for 1 year, but excluding consumable parts and accessories.
