The fresh air that come out from the Fan filter unit will be filtered by the prefilter and mini-pleats HEPA filter ,then the pure air enter into the work zone vertically to insure the purification requirement
2).HEPA Clean shed noise less than 47dBA, the air velocity range is 0.35-0.6m/s adjustable.
