Polishing step:
Car surface after spraying, there may be coarse grain, sandpaper marks, flow marks, anti-white, orange peel, and other paint film surface fine defects, in order to make up for these defects, usually after spraying grinding car polishing processing, in order to improve the mirror effect of the paint film, to achieve bright, smooth, gorgeous requirements. The steps of grinding and polishing are as follows:
1. Clean the vehicle. Clean the whole vehicle with a strong paint cleaning agent. When using a cleaning agent, it should avoid new scratches caused by particle dust in grinding.
2, water sandpaper grinding. For the coating surface with coarse grain, fine sandpaper marks, flow marks and other defects, before polishing, first use 600#~1000# water sandpaper to cover the small rubber lining block with water, and gently grind it until smooth (pay attention to not wear through the paint layer).
3. Coarse and fine grinding. The use of machine grinding machine (electric or pneumatic) plus coarse grinding paste, the traces of water sandpaper rough grinding; Then add polishing paste polishing for polishing fine grinding.
4. Polishing. Adopts the mechanical polishing machine, plus the mirror surface treatment agent to throw off the spin printing left by the coarse grinding paste, achieves the mirror surface polishing effect.
5, manual glazing. After grinding and polishing, wipe the polishing paste, immediately use cotton gauze coated with polished oil wax to wipe all the polishing parts again, and then use dry cotton gauze to wipe excess glazing wax, so that the paint surface is bright like a mirror, gorgeous and dazzling.
