Filaments and Use
There are three main filament choices for most wafer brushes: polypropylene, steel wire ,Polypropylene and steel wire mixed
1.Polypropylene offers a soft filament that won't cut into the harder road surfaces. Will not easily damage the ground 2. steel wire , Polypropylene and steel wire mixed filament:These highly abrasive brushes are well suited for cleaning road and snow,or heavier industrial applications,like metal finishing and cleaning.
Pin size:
① For wafer brush with inner diameter less than 128mm, the pin diameter is about 6mm;
② For wafer brush with inner diameter over 128mm, the pin diameter is about 8mm;
③ Pin spacing: default 30-32mm (customize larger pin spacing 35-40mm need to reopen the mold)
