Principle:
This microbial air sampler works based on Andersen collision
principle. Air is aspirated (at a fixed speed for variable times) through small holes in the instrument's head. The resulting laminar air flow is directed onto the surface of an agar plate. At the end of the sampling cycle, the plate is removed and incubated and the visible colonies are then counted for an assessment of the level of contamination.
How to use:
1: Soak medical absorbent cotton in 75% ethanol, and use it to swab air sampler surface, Petri dish pedestal and sampling head et al.
2: Start the sampler and let it work not less than 5 minutes, making above mentioned disinfector residue evaporate.
3: According to cleanliness requirements to set sampling parameters, then put Petri dish (with medium) inside, and cover the multi-hole sampling head.
4: Put the air sampler on flat surface 0.8-1.5m above the ground, and then start it begin sampling.
Main characters:
* Sampling hole has many small holes to reduce puffball superposition and reduce error of animalcule count.
* Programmable, sampling quantity can be set from 0.01 to 6.0 stereos.
* LCD displays sampling quantity, sampling time and other parameters.
*Save sampling quantity, sampling time and other parameters in pages and save 256 pages at most.
* Particular sculpting, convenient to use.
* Simple to exchange substrate utensil, just only take down sampling hole to exchange substrate utensil
(Standard diameter is Φ 90*15)
