Box feeder is quantitative feeding equipment of brick producing line. It’s suitable for all kinds of powder and block material. It is the ideal equipment to control the feeding speed and adjust the feeding capacity.
The better a given box feeder has been attuned and accommodated to a particular material and its particular properties, i.e., feed size, moisture content, bulk density and consistency, as well to the requirements of the downstream equipment, the better it can do its job.

1. The driving motor of the transmission system is the frequency conversion of speed regulation;
2. The feeding system is driven separately from the mud stick;
3. The completed machine has a reasonable structure, reliable performance, convenient maintenance, low running resistance and low energy consumption;
4. Equipped with manual adjustment gate. The feeding amount of the raw material can be controlled by adjusting the height of the gate and the speed of the motor;
5. For the mud stick can choose different structures and types, in addition to the material shifting functions, it can also break up larger block of soft mud;
6. The conveying arc-shaped scraper is made of manganese steel, and the center in the bottom is supported by rollers, which has good rigidity, large bearing capacity and long service life;
7. The transmission structure adopts a shaft-mounted hard-tooth surface reduction motor, which has a large carrying capacity and a long service life;
8. The driving chain plates and rollers are made of alloy steel, with the surface heat treated;
9. Equipped with head guard and side safety protection net;
10. The box feeder can be optionally equipped with a material-receiving belt conveyor, and installed at the bottom so that the powdery materials that leak from the gap of the conveying scraper can be transported to the lower hopper of the head.
