Working principle and structural characteristics:
The double toothed roller crusher mainly uses differentially rotating toothed rollers to split and rub the materials to crush large pieces of materials. The double toothed roller crusher adopts a rotating device of fast and slow rollers, and the upper part is equipped with a pressing roller, which relies on the opposite rotation of the double toothed rollers to continuously crush the incoming bulk materials. The motor is connected with the reduction gear box through the hydraulic coupler, reducer and coupling. The reduction gear box changes the rotation speed and direction of the two toothed rollers through gears, so that the speed difference between the toothed rollers is formed, which can better crush materials and improve Broken effect. The bottom scraper structure prevents the material from being stuck in the groove of the toothed roller, which further improves the efficiency and service life of the equipment. The main body is all-steel structure, which improves the strength and service life of the equipment; the equipment has the characteristics of low noise, small vibration, small dust pollution, small footprint, simple structure and convenient maintenance.
