The system consists of an automatic brick unloading system, conveying system, grouping system, automatic stacking system, and automated cold stretch packaging system, all controlled by high-end PLC, and its console adopts mainstream HMI touching screen in automation field, which could meet various unloading and packing requirements in the market.

Automated cold stretch packaging system is equipped with multiple position sensors and film stretching mechanism. The stretching position is continuously adjustable, and the stacking profile, stretching bag length and other functions are determined through the automatic inspection system, achieving efficient production. making the system operation simple and easy to maintain, providing convenient parameterization settings,, intelligent system diagnosis and automatic inspection functions, making the system operation simple and easy to maintain.
