Product Description
The automatic direct setting process of our company is derived from the successful experience and innovation of Italian COSMEC company in the brick and tile manufacturing industry for over 40 years. It is composed of strip cutting, block cutting, grouping, conveying, setting and other systems. The whole process is controlled by high-end PLC, and the control panel adopts HMI touching screen to complete data setting and automatic operation.
The system has been widely used in domestic market after over a decades of development. At present, it has formed an advanced grouping system which can complete the setting of multiple brick types, while the non-grouping system can ensure the high quality and high yield of single type. The robot is flexible, and the setting machine is steady. 1. Servo cutter with precise length, vertical cutting surface, fast speed and low vibration;
2. The cutter is equipped with double frames for wire replacement and chamfering function;
3. The block collector has waste materials disposal function;
4. Easy to switch between vertical setting and horizontal setting;
5. Conventional clamps and splitting clamps can be used to realize different settings;
