1. Production description
JH-150 surfacing welding equipment uses Mitsubishi TECOPLC system to control welding parameters, surfacing time, touch screen operation settings, etc. The use of dedicated power supply for surfacing can ensure stable output characteristics.
It is our new generation of multifunctional, high-performance automatic welding equipment. The surfacing equipment has the advantages of stable covering function, simple operation and convenient installation. The hardfacing layer can form a metallurgical bond with the substrate. This automatic welding equipment can also be used to rebuild parts according to OEM specifications, or to extend the service life of parts by enhancing wear resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, heat resistance and impact resistance. The surfacing machine can also be selectively used in critical wear areas on new parts, or as a means to restore worn parts to their original dimensions.
