The 0B series 8-contacts male circular connector has a plug in-line connection. This cable mount connector has a current rating of up to 10A. This connector features a highly precise push-pull self-latching system equipped with cable collet and nut for fitting bend relief for an easy and secure connection. It has a rugged and robust design for harsh outdoor applications. This connector is made from chrome-plated brass that includes a nickel-plated brass latch inner sleeve and collet nut. The free plugs are supplied with collets to take a maximum cable diameter of 9mm.
 

With 360° shielding for enhanced EMI performance, the 0B series of cable connectors are perfect for applications requiring high accuracy and interference-free signals. Cable mount plugs mate with a panel or PCB mount socket. Cable mount sockets mate with panel plugs.

 

Self-Latching Connection System for Push Pull Connector

The self-latching system is simple and effective retention solution, providing complete protection against vibration, shock or any pull on the cable.

 

Engaging the system for Push Pull Connector

To initiate the self-latching system the plug is simply pushed axially into its mating half. Once firmly latched in place via the internal latches the connection is virtually impossible to break. No amount of pulling on the cable or any other part of the connector body will release the two parts.
