Product Description:
The high speed pantyhose knitting machine possesses 2 tracks for the dial and 4 tracks for the cylinder. The arrangement of cams and needles can be changed to knit a variety of double jersey seamless fabrics,such as warm pantyhose, transparent warm pantyhose, warm form-fitting pantyhose, warm hosiery and so forth.The cloth rolling control system is particularly designed to pull cloth evenly without any deformation or folds. Its processable materials consist of cotton yarn,chemical fiber, high-elastic polyester silk, blended yarn of diverse specifications and so on.
Product Functions and Advantages:
1. Since the high speed pantyhose knitting machine is provided with small tailor-made needles,its yarn feeders are three more than those of a common high speed mini circular knitting machine, which effectively improve production efficiency.
2. The powerful computer control system is applied to automatically monitor and control every running parameters,including spraying oil in fixed quantity and al regular lime, dust removing, needle breakage detection, auto-stop if the fabric is broken or the rated volume of production is reached, etc.
3. In order to successfully avoid deformation caused by environmental factors and increase knitting system precision,its frame is mainly made of gray iron allay and has received natural aging treatment. The oil-immersed gear meshing drive model is adapted awing to its high stability and less noise.
4. Designed with 2tracks for dial and 4tracks for cylinders, Through replacement of needles and cams , it can produce a variety of knitting fabric.
5. made by a special process, The track edge is increased to be done with transition edge and corner, To improve the using time of the needles and the sinkers and to increase the Running speed .

Form-fitting pantyhose, stockings, tights, warm pantyhose, underclothes and so forth.The tights knitting fabrics can be used in raising(process by raising machine to raise fleece),polishing(process by polishing machine to make the fabric soft and light) , shearing (process by shearing machine to cut the fleece to make the fabric flat), and brushing(process by brushing machine to clean the waste after shearing)after-finishing process to make different kinds of fabrics such as polar fleece,velvet and etc.
