1, C3030series is divided into C3030HF-NP, C3030HM-NP(single row male/ female housing), C3030HMA-NP, (single row without lock female housing), C3030HMA-2*NP, (dual row without lock female housing,) C3030HF-2*NP, C3030HM-2*NP,(Dual row male, female housing), Terminal:C3030F-TPE -A(Used in C3030HF series housings)C3030M-TPE(used in C3030HM serieshousing). C3030WV-F-NP/C3030WV-F-2*NP(Mates with C3030HF series single/dual row housing, single/dual row with foot 180°straight needles DIP type wafer.) ,C3030WR-F-NP,C3030WR-F-2*NP, (Mates with C3030HF series single/dual row housing, single/dual row with foot 90°bended needles DIP type wafer.)
2, Housing used t raw materials: PA66 , Fire-protection rating :UL 94-V0. /UL94-V2,The color is black ;Minimum packing quantity is 1000pcs/bag.
3. Single row housing we have: 2pins to 12pins,Dual Housing :from 2*01Pins to2*12pins;This product we have four molds and we can produce 20—30KPCS of this product every day.
4. Terminals are stamped by Phosphor Broze, E-Stamping before Tin-plated or Gold-flash ,Tin-plated we callingC3030F-TPE-A or C3030M-TPE, Gold-plated we callingC3030F-GPE -Aor C3030M-GPE,Minimum packing quantity is 10,000pcs/Reel. We can produce them with Brass if you have this requirement. The daily production capacity is 200 to 300 KPCS.
5. Terminals' wire range :AWG #20--#24,insulation OD is1.85mm(Max).If you have special requirements in riveting wire aspect, we’ll try to help you solve it.
6. There are two kinds of wafers in C3030 series for wire to board connecting : C3030WV-F series and C3030WR-F series, The number of pin :02P to 12P, 2*01P to 2*12P.The gluey shell’s material is PBT, UL94-V0.The pins are brass, Tin-plated.
