The requirements of "ventilation before detection and operation" must be strictly implemented for operation in a confined space. The detection contents must include hydrogen sulfide, oxygen, carbon monoxide, and combustible gas. Any gas purging and ventilation shall be stopped during gas detection and sampling. When the gas environment may change during entering the confined space, the gas detection shall be carried out again, such as drilling operation. Operators entering the confined space must carry a gas detector for continuous monitoring. The supervisor must detect and record once every half an hour. If the operation is interrupted, the gas detection shall be carried out again before re-entering. The oxygen concentration inside and outside the confined space shall be consistent. If it is inconsistent, the reason for the deviation shall be determined before authorization to enter the confined space. The concentration of toxic and harmful substances in the limited space shall not exceed the specified index. If one item is unqualified, the operation shall not be stopped immediately.

2. Before working in a confined space, a work safety analysis shall be carried out to identify risk factors, assess potential risks, and take measures to control risks.
3. Before entering a confined space, a safe work plan and rescue plan shall be prepared, and all kinds of rescue materials shall be provided in place.
4. Before entering a confined space for operation, education, and training shall be carried out for relevant operators entering a confined space.
5. After entering a confined space, a work permit shall be implemented, The permit for work in a confined space shall be obtained.
6. Before working in a confined space, relevant permits, safety work plans, rescue plans, continuous inspection records, and other documents shall be stored on-site.
