APPLICATION
SPQ - a series of dual axis high speed paper cutting machine is based on improvement of paper packaging of South Korea models, for paper and other factories production of biaxial cutting machine. The machine is composed with optical, mechanical and electrical integration, through the careful design, fine processing. Precision assembled with high cutting speed and paper cutting machine, the advantages of stable operation, it is easy to operate, the ideal cutting equipment.
This machine's electrical control system is used Japan mitsubishi PLC (mitsubishi FX3U) centralized control. The cutting process requirement is set by the man-machine interface according to cutting parameters, LCD screen display and monitor the working status and control system has a start, parking locking, meter fixed-length buffer, and other functions, operation is very convenient. Rolling tension control system is using Japan yaskawa ac frequency converter and feedback control components, Japan koyo encoder can maintain constant paper tension, also can achieve taper control according to the technical requirement. Rectify the Italian ST automatic photoelectric correction system can automatically‘edge’or‘line’, ensuring base material position correctly. Raw material handling with a shaft gas cap type clamping and pneumatic lifting mechanism. The main traction by three-phase frequency conversion motor drive, Japan yaskawa ac inverter control. Winding tension according to the parameters set by the cutting process requirement and winding diameter change can be set automatic control taper mode. Double closed scroll pneumatic pressure roller, the pressure arbitrary adjustable.
