Our company has first-initiated the UVY-92 Laser-Pattern press-printing transfer production Line in the whole country ( This production line has acquired national patent , patent NO: ZL 2004 20071245.5) .The machine unit has already been used in many domestic and overseas factories . One more step developed , the production line has formed series models with more advanced structure. According to users' requirement , the production line can be configured the device with special function to avoid the junction of stencil on the transparent laser film which our company developed recently.
The machine unit is mainly used in high-grade anti-forge presswork, for example cigarette boxes, medicine boxes, toothbrush boxes etc.. On the surface of the presswork, can show very beautiful shimmer, whose effect is the same as the hologram patterns. The hologram patterns integrate with paper, which features in novel

1, Environmental—The laser film is not laminated on the paper , which is convenient for the paper to be recycled and reused or be degraded naturally.
2, Anti-forge—with Novel technique, the hologram patterns of prints is hard to be copied.
3, Energy - saving—Special structure of ultraviolet solidify system which can save energy upwards one times than that use common solidify system；the film can be used repeatedly and reduce waste.
4, Beautiful — transparent hologram patterns serve as a foil to the presswork, flash and bright, give the prints more appendent worth.
