What is auto flat mask production line 1+1? (medical mask making machine)
1.As we all know, flat mask consists of mask blank and ear loop.
The traditional flat mask machine uses a mask blank machine to produce mask blank and then uses a inner/outer ear loop machine to weld the ear loop. The output of flat mask blank machine is about two or three times as much as ear loop welding machine.
For achieving a perfect match of the output between mask blank making machine and ear loop welding machine, we need to combine a mask blank making machine with two ear loop welding machines so as to maximize the effectiveness of production line.
