Servo Drive Face Mask Production Line With Pull Ingest Drive Unit
Machine instruction:
Fully automatic two port flat mask production line is mainly used for the automatic forming of flat masks,the whole roll of fabric is unrolled and driven by rollers, and the fabric is automatically folded and wrapped; The nose wire roll is pulled and unrolled in a whole roll, cut into lengths and then inserted into one side of the edged fabric. It is ultrasonically welded to the seal on both sides, and then ultrasonically sealed on the other two side and cut with a cutter. the mask is conveyed to the mask ear band welding station through an assembly line, and the final mask is formed by ultrasonic welding; After it is finished, it is conveyed to the conveyor belt line for collection through an assembly line.
Machine structure:
The fully automatic two port flat mask production line which mainly includes processes such as the raw material of the coil feeding,folding and pressing,nose wire inserting,mask forming,mask cutting,ear band feeding and welding,and finished product output,and complete the entire production process from the raw material of the coil to the finished mask.The equipment adopts ultrasonic welding method,with beautiful appearance, sanitation and environmental protection.The produced masks are comfortable to wear,no pressure,good filtering effect,fit the face shape of people,and can be used in medical,electronics, mining,construction and other industries.
