Light duty / heavy duty / twin hydraulic tube clamps according to DIN 3015:

1) Size range:

Hydraulic tube clamps are fit for tube / pipe size O.D. 6mm -508mm

2) Structure:

Assembly of hydraulic tube clamps normally including cover plate, welded plate (elongated plate available), clamp bodies (2), high strength bolts (2).

Rail nut hydraulic tube clamps (G9 series) available: cover plate + clamp body(2)+ bolts(2) + rail nuts(2), installed on steel channels or rails.

Stacking hydraulic tube clamps (G13) available (max. 5 layers): Stacking Bolts + Clamp body + safety locking plates.

3) Materials of hydraulic tube clamps:

Cover Plate: Galvanized Carbon steel(mild steel) / stainless steel(304/316)

Welded Plate: Galvanized Carbon steel / stainless steel (304/316)

Bolts: Galvanized carbon steel / stainless steel (304/316)

Clamp Body: Polypropylene(PP) / Polyamide(PA) / Aluminum(AL)

4) Working Temperature:

Hydraulic tube clamps with PP clamp body: -30 centi degree up to +90 centi degree in dark green colour

Hydraulic tube clamps with PA clamp body: -40 centi degree up to +120 centi degree in dark colour

Hydraulic tube clamps with Aluminum clamp body for high temperature application up to 300 ℃.
