Production process of facial tissue
1. Raw material processing
Pulping: The wood pulp board is broken up by a pulper, and impurities (metal, sand and stone) are removed by high-frequency vibration screening.
Pulping: Adjust the fiber fineness (beating degree 35-45°SR) and balance softness and strength.
2. Papermaking and post-processing
Papermaking: The pulp is evenly spread on the long-wire former, and vacuum dehydration is used to form wet paper sheets (weight 14-20g/m², thin and strong).
Embossed: A flexible embossing roller is used to avoid damaging the fiber and enhance the fluffy feeling (such as cloud embossing).
3. Impregnation treatment (moisturizing type): Spray cream or moisturizing lotion, and dry at low temperature to set (50-60℃).
4. Slitting and packaging: The fully automatic slitting machine cuts into square or mini sizes, and seals and packages after ethylene oxide or ultraviolet sterilization.

For example, when the skin is allergic, wipe it gently with a wet facial tissue to avoid towel irritation; when going out to play, facial tissues can wipe sweat, block rain, and even be used as a temporary dishcloth when camping in the wild.
