Production Line:
The plastic crates production line is an equipment integration system specially used for the production of plastic crates, which is widely used in logistics, warehousing and manufacturing industries. This type of production line usually includes the following key links and equipment:
1. Raw material processing
Raw material storage and transportation: Plastic particles (such as PP, PE) are stored in the silo and transported to the injection molding machine through the automatic feeding system.
Batching system: Masterbatch or other additives can be added to adjust the performance of the plastic according to demand. 2. Injection molding
Injection molding machine: The core equipment melts the plastic through high-temperature heating, and then forms the structure of the plastic crate through the mold.
Mold system: The high-precision mold design determines the appearance and size of the plastic crates, and the quality of the mold has a great influence on the durability and consistency of the product. 3. Cooling and demoulding
Cooling system: Mold cooling is a key step, and water cooling or air cooling can be used to accelerate curing.
Automatic demoulding: The molded plastic crate is removed from the mold by a robot or automatic device. 4. Subsequent processing
Trimming and punching: remove excess edge materials, and punch or other processing is performed on the crate body according to design requirements.
Surface treatment: such as screen printing or labeling, used to identify corporate information or barcodes. 5. Inspection and sorting
Quality inspection: use sensors or manual inspection to ensure that the size, strength and appearance of the crate meet the standards.
Sorting system: automatic or semi-automatic sorting according to product specifications or uses. 6. Automated storage and packaging
Stacking and packaging: use automated equipment to stack the crate and package them for transportation.
Intelligent storage system: combined with the warehouse management system (WMS), the produced plastic crates are sent to the automated warehouse.
