This machine is mainly used for brick, stone, cement, concrete of the material such as compressive strength test, also Used for other material compressive performance test.

Tank inside the hydraulic oil through the motor drive the high pressure pump into the oil circuit, through the check valve, high pressure filter, differential pressure valve group, the servo valve, into the cylinder. The computer gave control signal to the servo valve, control servo valve opening and the direction, so as to control the flow into the cylinder, to realize the isokinetic test force control.

System includes digital servo valve, high precision sensor, controller and software, high control precision and good reliability. Satisfy GB, ISO and ASTM standards of cement mortar, concrete, of the material such as the test requirements.
The system has the following functions:
l Has the force closed-loop control function;
l Can realize the load rate,such as loading or equal stress rate loading;
l Adopt computer to realize electronic measurement,automatic completed test;
l The computer automatic calculation results and print the report.
