This series machine with a single space of structure, mainly is suitable for the test load lower than 5 kn metal, non-metallic materials. The machine can control the stress, strain and displacement, can find out the most energetically, tensile strength, bending strength, compression strength, elastic modulus,
breaking elongation, yield strength and other parameters.
Main Function
Computer Controlled Industrial Universal Material Tensile Test Instrument suitable for rubber, plastic, tires, rubber hose, adhesive tape, sole, thin films, the force that press a gram, FRP, ABS, EVA, PU, TPU, aluminum-plastic pipe, composite materials, waterproof materials, fiber, textile, wire and cable,
paper, gold foil, belt, silk thread, spring, wood, pharmaceutical packaging materials, adhesive
tape and so on, support tensile, compression, tear, peel (either 90 degrees and 180 degrees)
and other mechanical properties of testing and analysis.
Main Features
1. Adopt Taiwan servo motor drive, through the drive mechanism drives the beam move up and
down, realize the test loading process.
2. The whole control system with high cost performance and high reliability.
3. Adopt computer control the whole test process, dynamic display of real-time load value,
displacement and deformation value, the test speed and test curve.
4. Analysis of the data processing by computer, the results can be automatically saved, after the
test to bring up the experiment curve, through curve traversal repeat test process, or curve
comparison, amplification.
5. Has strong data and graphics processing functions, can be printed out complete test reports
and test curve.
