Introduction
Solid-state high-frequency welder can provide complete welding solutions for low carbon steel, high strength steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel and other materials. High frequency power supply adopts AC - DC - AC frequency conversion structure. The design of the rectifier can be based on the different needs of the user's power network, using three phase 6 pulse thyristor rectifier, three phase 12 pulse thyristor rectifier or IGBT DC chopper and other forms.
Solid state high frequency welding machine application
Welding of low carbon and high strength steel pipe (round pipe, square pipe, rectangular pipe, special-shaped pipe), stainless steel pipe, copper pipe, aluminum pipe, H-beam steel, finned pipe. Welding methods can be divided into induction welding and contact welding.

Power supply cabinet

Rectifier Isolation Transformer
The rectifying transformer is the input rectifying part of the equipment. The power supply voltage is reduced from 415V to 200V, which ensures the stable power supply of the equipment and plays the role of isolation to the power grid.
