Production Technology Process

The whole line is composed of hydraulic uncoiler - leading head - shovel head - pressing head - leveler - shearing - head, and tail butt welding - cold roll forming - hydraulic cutting - auto stacking, and so on.

Equipment Use
The cold bending equipment is used for automobile top cover. It can also be used for wide plate forming, the width can be up to 1800~2000mm, quick-change plate, online continuous stamping, and cutting.
