Ribbon gauze folding machine, gauze ribbon rolling machine.
This machine is suitable to fold ribbon gauze automatically, with optional function of perm detectable X-ray thread onto gauze roll, it also can make gauze rolls for making gauze swab / gauze compress / gauze sponge, gauze rolls, etc.
Also can be used as gauze swab pre-folding machine.
This machine is used to width within 30cm gauze folio and 3 ply fold, or width within 27.5cm gauze 4 ply fold. It can perm X-ray on line. The equipment controlled by transducer with wide regulating range, easy to operate. Magnetic powder clutch controls the rolling tension evenly and reliably.
Main technical parameter:
a. Use for 50mm fabric folio and 3 ply folding.
75mm fabric folio
100mm fabric folio
4 ply fold of hundred yards ribbon gauze within narrow-breadth (four fold rolling when width is 2 inch, 1 inch or 0.5 inch.)
b. Speed can be adjust within 20-80M/Min, If need perm X-ray, actual speed will be lower according to different temperature.
c. Input fabric roller Dia 75mm
d. Wide breadth gauze adopts heartwood rolling, and rolling diameter reaches 850mm.
4 ply fold of hundred yards ribbon gauze within narrow-breadth adopts cop tube rolling with its diameter 25mm.
