Ex-proof rotary evaporator adopts ex-proof electric apparatus to motor and control parts, which is applicable for the places need ex-proof.
Its working principle is to rotate the glass flask which filled with materials under constant temperature heating, and the system connect to the negative pressure to low the boiling point, then liquid forms a film and evaporates,at last it recovers the menstruum by the glass coil condenser and receiving flask.
It is specially applicable for the concentration, crystallization, separation and menstruum recovery of heat sensitive materials.
Adopt advanced frequency conversion and electronic speed regulation to ensure the stable working of motor and improve the evaporation and recovery rate.
1. Bath can be lift and vacuum feeding reduced the breakage of rotating glass flask. When evaporation under low boiling point, receiving bottle can be immersed into the ice bath to reduce the second evaporation.
2. Receiving flask use ball-milling mouth for connection, can remove easily and reach high performance sealing.
3. Adopt high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant and long-acting precision seals to ensure the gas tightness under high temperature, high negative pressure and strong corroding conditions when it is in dynamic sealing.
4. Adopt Japanese Technology AC induction motor, variable speed, no brush, no spark, can work effectively for a long time.
5. Chassis, bath pot, main bar, shaft of rotary evaporator are made of high qualified stainless steel, appearance is attractive and anti-corrosive.
6. Intelligent temperature control with digital display, can work with both water and oil bath, more widely used. Temperature fluctuation is only ±0.02 ℃. Evaporation is more stable and material can not be washed easily.
7. The series modular design on the whole set makes it extensible and easy to install, and more convenient to maintain.
