Product features
1.The whole stainless steel frame structure (the connection part of the three-way and four-way exquisite connection) is compact and firm, and it's easy to move.
2.VFD(variable-frequency drive) motor controller can realize high-medium-low-speed operation,which is accurate and operable. And fully explosion-proof system is feasible.
3.The kettle chamber and jacket are designed without dead angle, and the special solid feeding port on the cover is convenient for cleaning without disassembly.

The glass reactor systems are the essential equipment for mixing, reaction, distillation and filtration in chemistry and pharmaceutical industries.
We offer a wide range of glass reactors with volumes from 250mL to 250L. They are electrical or air-driven, desktop or floor-stand, with or without filter base.
All the glass reactor systems can be modified in our own factory quickly (dimension, motor power, explosion proof, additional glassware, customize port size, etc).
Main features of Chemglass Jacketed Reactor

① Full set of glass part is produced by G3.3 borosilicate glass, owning excellent chemical and physical properties.
② Alternating current dynamo conducts frequency control stirring, reliable operation, large moment of force and no spark.
③ Enable react under normal temperature, tap water connected can take away the reaction heat quickly.
④ Be able to work under normal and negative pressure, negative pressure up to -0.098MPa.
⑤ Constant rotate speed, no electric brush, no spark, safe and stable, enable continuous working.
⑥ Main body is made from stainless steel, which is anti-corrosion.
⑦ Discharge outlet has flange mouth and PTFE valve, there has no dead angle in vessel, detachable and convenient for solid material to discharge.
