Introduce of Specific Gravity Separator
The specific gravity separator is a new separation equipment introduced by our company. It is also a new environmental protection and energy saving equipment in the mixture separation and separation industry at present. Specific gravity separator working principle
The separator, the cyclone dust collector and fan constitute a set of classification system. Under the action of fan suction, the feed inlet at the lower end of the classifier moves to the classification area with the high speed of rising airflow. Under the strong centrifugal force generated by the high speed rotating classification turbine, the coarse and fine materials are separated. Meet the requirements of the particle size distribution of fine particles through hierarchical wheel blade clearance into the cyclone or filter collection, coarse particle by the effect of gravity and centrifugal force to sink, by rotor blade into the cylinder and the cylinder around fall, in the process of land and secondary blast shock, reunion in the coarse particle powder scattered and once again blow to the classifying chamber, coarse particles under the action of gravity by bottom discharge valve discharge.
Features of Specific Gravity Separator
1. Adopt vertical classification turbine device, low speed, wear resistance, low system power configuration.
2. The classifier has reasonable structure and can produce products with multiple granularity segments at the same time. It is suitable for large-scale industrial grading production of 1.6~45 micron powder.
3. Strong applicability, it can be used in series with ball mill vibration mill, ramon mill and other grinding equipment to form a closed cycle.
4. Under negative pressure operation of the system, dust emission shall not exceed 40mg/m and equipment noise shall not be higher than 75dB(A) by adopting muffler measures.
5. The high degree of automation control system adopts program control, the running status is displayed in real time, all the impeller classifier adopt electronic frequency conversion speed regulation, automatic circulation type multi-box dust removal, electronic control is realized during the collection process, automatic ash cleaning, improve the stability of negative pressure of the whole machine
