CHANGLIN ZL50Z wheel loader is a new generation of cost-effective earthmoving equipment combining advanced technology with CHANGLIN's experience in the design and production of wheel loaders over the past 50 years. The large 5-ton wheel loader designed for working under such severe conditions as ports, docks, coal mines, and quarries has reliable performance due to its hydraulic control, steering and transmission system.
With advantages of exclusive performance, high efficiency, convenient maintenance and comfortable operation, our ZL50H wheel loader can work well in carrying large and heavy materials, typically suitable for shovel loading of large specific gravity materials.
The wheel loader has a strong power system driven by SDEC engine, which allows the construction machine to smoothly run under severe conditions. With world-class quality, the fuel-efficient wheel loader features high working efficiency and enhanced digging force. Each part of the wheel loader has been improved on its strength and safety factor, and the engine cooling system has sufficient coolant, all of which ensure high reliable work performance and long service life of the diesel engine.
ZF200 Gear Box provides stable and reliable power output, and is very execellent performance on transmission power. therefore whole machine can easily overload work, and adapt to any complex working environment.
The wheel loader features a reinforced drive axle, which has been tested many times under extreme working conditions, with the maximum ramp climbing angle of 30 degrees. The speed ratio of the drive axle can be adjusted to enhance the digging capacity, and a specialized helical bevel gear is equipped to withstand overload. The drive axle and swing frame are connected with high-strength bolts, which help ensure that the front axle bolts keep work well under overload conditions, and such a design can also effectively prevent the bolts from being stretched or deformed under overload circumstances.
The newly developed radiator with increased heat dissipation area provides better cooling for engine, thus greatly enhancing the work efficiency and prolonging the service life of wheel loader parts. Even in high temperatures, the performance of our wheel loader will absolutely not let you down.
